Wetland Restoration

Wetlands are nature's kidneys—filtering water, controlling floods, and providing critical habitat for waterfowl and other wildlife. Manitoba has lost an estimated 70% of its historic wetlands. Our program focuses on reversing this loss through restoration and protection.
